The largest one between the actual weight and the volume weight of a parcel shall be used to calculate its freight, and the volume weight shall be calculated as: length (cm)* width (cm)* height (cm)/6000

The maximum weight is limited to 30kg; the standard size: 60*50*40cm; the maximum size for transportation: the longest side<150cm, and length +2 widths +2 heights

Domestic and foreign customs clearance and tax farming, without any customs fees and charges

Powders, liquid, special cargoes, charged objects, and general cargoes

Partial damage of cargoes or individual loss of contents will not be compensated, so we suggest that customers buy insurance for valuable products by themselves.

If a parcel is lost or held by customs (not caused by the reasons of a customer such as declaration error or product certification) before collection and not collected within 50 days, the customer can apply for compensation according to the purchasing value of lost cargo and refund of freight (the maximum compensation for purchasing value is 40 yuan /kg).       ;

When applying for compensation, please provide materials such as purchase invoice and payment certificate, and the amount of compensation will be used to be deducted for the freight of your subsequent orders.  

If a parcel cannot be delivered normally due to the reason of recipient, we will assist to deal with the problem; however, we will not provide any compensation for the delay of time, and any expenses incurred in the process shall be paid by the sender.      

If a parcel is lost due to force majeure such as natural disasters (fire, flood, earthquake, etc.) and local strikes, we will not be liable for any compensation.

If a parcel is returned to our foreign agent warehouse due to the wrong address or the reason of recipient, we will charge handling fees of RMB 150/piece for the returned parcel at abroad.    &nbsp;  

After a parcel is returned to our foreign agent warehouse, we can arrange re-delivery within 15 days if you need, but we will charge RMB 150/piece for the second delivery. In addition, the deadline for re-delivery shall be subject to the date notified by our company. 

The charge of re-delivery does not include the extra fees involved in the original order. The returning of a parcel does not charge extra fees, but the re-delivery/delivery for another address will charge the original extra fees.
